Fares Awad: Our center has become accredited for training for the public sector by the Institute of Public Administration

We met Mr. Faris Awad, Director of the Modern Languages ​​Center, located in Jabal Al-Weibdeh, near Al-Sayegh Building, which is a well-known and distinguished center. It was established in 1970 and he holds the Education Medal of the late, God willing, His Majesty King Hussein bin Talal, may God rest his soul in 1992.

It is approved by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for university services and securing scholarships and university admissions. Recently it was approved by the Institute of Public Administration according to the new instructions to be an accredited body for government employees regarding foreign language training.

Professor Fares Awad told us that the Modern Language Center has achieved the qualifications and training standards approved by the Institute of Public Administration and that provide training programs for the public sector for all employees in Jordan and neighboring countries.

As for the courses approved for government employees by the Institute of Public Administration at the Modern Language Center / Jabal Al-Weibdeh, they are:

1- English language courses in all stages (beginner, intermediate, advanced), knowing that these levels qualify the learner within the international classification, which is the general frame of reference “Cefr” for languages

English language courses also include:
Conversation courses with a foreign teacher
TOEFL / IELTS qualification courses
Technical writing courses for beginners
Technical writing courses for applicants

2- Various computer courses
At the end of this meeting, I toured this center in the company of Professor Fares Awad, where he briefed me on the departments and halls of the center, which enjoys the importance of its location and organization of its departments and the efficiency of its employees, including trainers and employees, in addition to his good reputation and wide reputation inside and outside Jordan.

This is what encouraged me to write about this ancient center, which is an established institution that we are proud of its contributions and proud of its accomplishments, knowing that this center specializes in teaching foreign languages ​​such as: English, Turkish, Russian, Japanese and Korean in addition to teaching Arabic languages ​​to speakers of other countries with special housing for foreign students.
