What is IELTS?

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is an English proficiency exam used to measure the English skills of candidates looking to work or study in an English-speaking environment.

For more information

The IELTS exam is recognized by professional organizations, academic institutions, employers, and government agencies around the world. IELTS is accepted by many Australian, British, American, Canadian, Irish, New Zealand and South African institutions and organizations.
IELTS can also be used as proof of your language ability for immigration purposes.

IELTS Content

IELTS is a test of the four main writing skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. It focuses on an international form of English and features a variety of accents and writing styles, such as British English and American English, as well as others.

About IELTS Scores

There is no passing or failing grade on the IELTS exam. You will receive a score from 1 to 9 on each exam section, and the four section scores together will give you an Overall Band Score.
Test Report Forms are posted 13 days after your completion of the test.
