When I joined lain 6 years ago, I was hired to lead the communications department. However, as soon as I started I established a Corporate Social Responsibility department. I never thought I would last this long at the job, so I tried to institutionalize the community work that company was doing, Over the past six years, we have managed to set an example for other corporations in the country with our programs. lain has won several awards which were culminated in a Royal Decoration, the AI Hussein Decoration for Distinguished Contribution of the First Order presented by His Majesty King Abdullah in 2009.
