What are your expectations for the coming year 2010?
I am hoping for a better year on the economic level. Experts predict that the next half of the year will witness positive growth. I really hope so; otherwise it will be a tough year for the country on the economic and political levels.

If I learned anything from my 17 years in the workplace is that you can move from point A to point B without your team, but you cannot stay there. You need collective effort, otherwise it is not sustainable.

We have a very active CSR program focused mainly on youth and education. lain established an Education Fund that gives 42 university scholarships every year. lain is also a major and active supporter of Madrasati which aims at rehabilitating public schools across. I believe in investing in your people, and no mistake should be unforgivable. However, I draw the line when integrity is concerned. I once had to fire an employee for that reason, for that there is zero tolerance.
