What are the most difficult decisions that you had to make at work? How did you survive them?

The most difficult decisions that I have had to make were when I was a journalist and chief editor at JTV. Working for a government run media outlet I had to make decisions every day, of how far you can push the envelope on certain issues and stories. I have to say, I did not survive my decisions that is why I am no longer working there.
