Teachers Staff & Administration
Since its establishment in 1970, the Modern Language Center has been dedicated to building a strong and distinguished academic team committed to excellence. The Center proudly brings together highly qualified instructors who specialize in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language (TAFL) and possess decades of experience working with students from diverse cultural and international backgrounds.
Our instructors go beyond traditional classroom teaching. They guide students through a complete learning journey where language, culture, and real-life practice are seamlessly integrated. Through their expertise, passion for teaching, and deep understanding of effective learning methodologies, thousands of international students have successfully achieved Arabic proficiency in a supportive, engaging, and professional environment.
For more than five decades, our commitment to academic quality and authentic cultural immersion has made studying Arabic at the Modern Language Center a truly unique and transformative experience—one that combines knowledge, skill development, and meaningful human connection.
Amman offers the perfect setting for this experience. As a vibrant and diverse city, it provides endless opportunities to practice Arabic beyond the classroom. After classes, students can explore local shops, enjoy Jordan’s café culture, or experience the city’s traditional charm at the Friday flea market and the Gold Souq. For a more contemporary side of Amman, students may attend film screenings at the Royal Film Commission with their language partners or relax with Arabic coffee while admiring the colorful street art of the El Weibdeh neighborhood.
